Tweeter Press and Drunk Hulk

The past couple of weeks I’ve been lucky enough to get some amazing emails from people all over the world.
One of them came from Wu Ch over at Tweeter Press in Austin, Texas. Wu is is doing something pretty amazing (as stated on her website):

Considering it was pretty much all everyone was tweeting about most of the week, it’s no surprise that Drunk Hulk’s entry into the discussion would become so popular. Honestly, I thought it was too easy a joke and even had doubts about doing it. I figured I could’ve done better, but I was running out of time, especially with the semester ending over here (damn you, real life!). My favorite joke about SOPA/PIPA came from Salon’s Mary Beth Williams (@embeedub): Why is everyone hating on SOPA & PIPA? Come on, “Push It” was awesome!

Drunk Hulk started on Twitter in October 2009 and has since become an internet sensation with over 131,000 followers. He has been featured in various print and online publications like TIME, Huffington Post, NPR, MTV and more.
Both BuzzFeed and Paste Magazine listed Drunk Hulk as one of the best Twitter feeds of 2011.
The creator behind Drunk Hulk is Christian A. Dumais, an American writer and university lecturer living in Wrocław, Poland.
