I sold 14 copies of Empty Rooms Lonely Countries over the weekend. For those keeping count at home, this puts the amount of sold copies to 53. Not a huge number by any means (especially when shooting for 1000 sold copies by the end of this year), but considering my schedule and my geographical disadvantage, I’m happy with the results so far. I’d like to be over a hundred by the end of July…we’ll see.

graphI’ve created a pie chart to make this look professional.

I’ve learned a lot in the past few months and I already have a good understanding on how to approach marketing when I publish the next book. This is hard work, make no mistake about it, but it’s also fun and challenging in a fun sort of way.

I have some interviews coming up that I’m excited about and I’ll post links when they become available. And I’m waiting patiently for the reviews to come in.

For those who have bought copies of the book, I encourage you to share your thoughts on the book either here or at Amazon. And if you haven’t sent a picture yet, please feel free to do so.

For those who are interested in reviewing a copy of the book, drop me an email and I’ll send you a review copy. I’m also available for interviews, podcasts, etc.

For those who have ideas on how to move more books, I’m ALWAYS open to suggestions.

Thanks.

“I absolutely loved this book. EMPTY ROOMS LONELY COUNTRIES is bittersweet and touching, with some really funny bits . . . There are moments of sagacity and wisdom like I’ve rarely seen before, but it’s oh so sad – heartbreakingly, hauntingly, beautifully so . . . easily one of the my top ten favorite books of all time.” - TAMPA BOOK BUZZ
